This page (together with the documents relating to it contains the terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") by which we sell the products ("Product") listed on our website www.ya- (hereinafter referred to as the "Site").

Please read these Terms and Conditions before placing an order on the site.

When ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We recommend that you print off a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.

We retain the content of the contract and send you further details of your order by email. You can find and download our terms and conditions at any time. You can find additional information regarding your recent orders by logging into your account via "My Account".

The website is certified by the "BeCommerce" association, having complied with all of their codes of conduct, is a website offering
an extensive online catalogue of derivative products and images from the world of comic strip books, illustrations, comics, mangas, cartoons, films, miniature figurines, etc.

Unless indicated otherwise, all articles are in mint condition and prices are non-negotiable.

All information about your purchases (invoices, etc.,) are available on your personal account. We keep a copy of this information on our servers so that you can download it at any time.


You acknowledge having the legal capacity or parental authorization allowing you to place an order on the site.
You acknowledge having read and accepted these terms and conditions before placing your order. The validation of your order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions may be subject to change,
the applicable terms and conditions of sale are those in force at the time of purchase.

Characteristics of goods and services

The site offers by the bias of internet sales an extensive catalog of derivatives and images from the world of comics, comics , manga , animation , film, miniature in its broadest sense .

The products are accompanied by a detailed description and one or more photo (s ) representing as closely as possible the product.

The items offered are in new condition ( unless otherwise stated ) and fixed prices.

They are offered subject to availability.

Prices / taxes and customs duties

All prices shown are in euros, BelgianVAT included (6% or 21% depending on the article) and do not include postage and packing.
Every order, regardless of which country it comes from, is to be paid for in euros.
If the order is designated for a country based in the European Community, no supplementary taxes or custom duties are applicable.
If the order is designated for a country based outside the European Community,  supplementary taxes and custom duties may be applicable and asked for upon delivery. These taxes and custom duties are to be paid for by the customer. The customer is responsible for respecting all local laws and regulations concerning importation. We are not responsible for informing you of the supplementary taxes and custom duties that might be applicable and we strongly advise you to apply to the proper authorities in the country to which the article(s) is (are) to be sent.

Delivery / Shipping costs

We ship worldwide. All parcels are sent by registered delivery, (delivery upon signature) and are sent by DPD, COLISSIMO EXPERT, or KIALA Post from Belgium.
Every purchase is subject to variable costs depending upon the type of product bought and the packaging used. A contribution towards postage and packing is asked for, depending upon the area to which the article(s) is(are) being sent. The areas are defined as follows :

Area 1 : France

Area 2 : Belgium

Area 3 : Luxemburg / The Netherlands

Area 4 : Germany
Area 5 : All other EU countries, as well as Switzerland, Andorra and Lichtenstein

Area 6 : The rest of the world (non EU countries), and French DOM-TOM

The delivery time given in the e-mail confirming your order is indicative only and does not bind us contractually. As a result, no compensation is due if this period is exceeded.

In the following countries: Germany, Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Monaco and the Netherlands, s
hipping by our carrier is free for all orders exceeding € 99.
due to a logistical error
, you receive a package not intended for you, we ask you to contact our services. If you are expecting a package and are delivered an incorrect order, your original order will be sent to you once you have returned the incorrect order to us.


You are covered by European legal guarantees against hidden defects.
Manufacturers sometimes extend these guarantees on audio, video and multimedia products, the details of which can be found on the product description.
We decline all responsibility if any of our articles are not recognized and approved of by legislation in countries other than Belgium.

If any parcel is undelivered, we firstly undertake all measures to locate it and to provide compensation. In each case, we file an official complaint with the postal services. If the parcel is offically declared lost (according to the statutory period which differs according to the laws of each country), we will refund the amount of your order within 7 days.

In order for this guarantee to apply, you must respect the following :
- you will send us all necessary information so that we can rapidly file a coherent complaint with the appropriate authorities.
- if an article is missing in the parcel delivered and it has been confirmed by us as having been sent, no compensation is due unless you supply concrete proof that the article is missing. If you supply us with this proof, the value of the article will be fully reimboursed.
- only claims received within 30 days of the parcel’s dispatch date will be treated.



An email is sent to you for the following:

  •     Confirmation of your order and payment
  •     Confirmation that the parcel has been sent
  •     Notification if deliveries from the supplier have been delayed  
  •     Notification if there are any problems relating to an article you have ordered

Your order is only permanently confirmed and binding for AKILON SA once you receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been validated. We therefore recommend that once you have placed your order, you consult your mail box regularly.


We offer articles placed at our disposal by our suppliers.
These articles are only available in limited quantities.
If any article that you have ordered is no longer available for whatever reason, you will be sent an e-mail as soon as possible informing you of the situation.
You may then :

  • wait for the article to become available
  • ask to be reimbursed for the unavailable article (reimbursement to be sent within 30 days of the claim being made)

If an article remains unavailable for more than 60 days after the originally foreseen delivery date, the order will automaticaly be cancelled and reimbursement made.

AKILON SA is not responsible for delays caused by a shortage of stock at the publishers or suppliers. AKILON SA is also not responsible for small differences between the photos, texts and illustrations on the website and the delivered product itself.

Payment for orders on the site can be made by:

When paying by credit card or Bancontact / Mistercash, the independent body that handles this type of payment (Ogone) uses the SSL protocol. All communication between the client and the paying agency is encrypted and 100% secure.

Waivers / Returns

We comply with the current legislation in force for online selling in the European Union (act of 14th July 1991). You have the right to return any goods
within 14 working days starting from the day after you receive your order, without giving a reason or incurring penalties. In case of the return or waiver of a package, an email is be sent to us at giving, in the case of breakages or defects, a brief explanation of the problems encountered and photos illustrating the damage.

All items must be returned within 14 working days. A return label (for you to print out) will be sent by e-mail, allowing you to return
packages shipped to Belgium and France from a KIALA relay point. For other countries we will inform you of how to procede. The parcel must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged, complete with all accessories, any manuals and a copy of the invoice to:

Packages can also be deposited by the customer directly at our warehouse after having made an appointment with our offices (+32 81 62 52 90).

Once the goods are received, a refund will be sent within a maximum of 30 days.

Cancellation rights do not extend to audio and video recordings and computer software whose seals have been opened by the client. Incomplete, damaged and soiled goods will also not be taken back.

Reimbursement will be made either by the same means of payment used for your order or by direct transfer to your bank account.
In the latter case, you need to give us (via email or mail):

For countries within the EU : your IBAN number + BIC code from your RIB (bank account details).

     For countries outside the EU : your account number and bank address details.


Use of gift vouchers and promotional coupons

  • In case of fraud, attempted fraud or other suspected illegal activity in connection with a purchase using a gift certificate on the Site, we reserve the right to close your account and / or ask for a different method of payment.
  • We accept no responsibility in case of loss, theft or illegibility of discount coupons or gift certificates.


Terms of use for discount coupons

From time to time, we may send an email including discount coupons that can be used on the site
. Discount coupons can only be used for purchases on our website.

Discount coupons are only valid during the period indicated, can only be used once and cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons for a single order. Some items may be excluded from the discount coupon promotion.

Discount coupons cannot be used to pay for products bought by a third party.

If the amount of a discount coupon does not cover the full cost of your purchase, a supplementary payment
  is to be made to cover the difference.
If you use a discount coupon when making your purchase, we reserve the right to charge the original price of the goods if the total amount of the order is less than the value of the corresponding coupon.


Terms of use for gift certificates

You can buy gift certificates for use on the site either by yourself or by a third party
. These gift certificates are sent to you by e-mail.

Gift certificates can only be used for purchases made on the site.

Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase other gift certificates. Gift certificates can only be purchased with a debit or credit card or via PayPal.

No interest capital is allocated to gift certificates, they have no cash value and cannot be refunded.

It is possible to cancel gift certificate orders by contacting us by email at at any moment as long as the gift certificate has not yet been used. A gift certificate is considered to have been used when it has been accepted as payment in connection with an order.

If the amount of a gift certificate does not cover the full cost of your purchase, a supplementary payment is to be made to cover the difference.

There is no limit as to the number of gift certificates that can be used when placing an order and gift certificates can also be used alongside discount coupons for each order.


Exclusives Sales
Our EXCLUSIVE SALES are divided into three types :

  • Sales of new and totally exclusive to our site reserved
  • Thematic sales of old articles and collectors never offered before on our sites
  • Destocking of sales of items never before offered on our sites

 Depending exclusives and stocks, these sales last a few hours or days. 

Conditions of sale:

Shipping fees will be offered from 99 euros purchase.

You can not group purchases made on sales on the site and Exclusive Ya-too or different Exclusive Sales.

The delivery Exclusive Sales are up three weeks after the end of the sale or depending on the date the product is put on sale if there is a pre-order product.


Personal data protection

We comply with the Belgian data protection act of 8th December 1992, revised by the act of 11th December 1998 in coherence with the European directives of 24th October 1995.

All of your personal data is treated with the utmost care and complete confidentiality. All of the information you give us is used exclusively to manage your order and to enable us to keep in touch with you. We undertake not to divulge this information or to use it for commercial purposes.
You can have access to your personal details held on the site (your account) simply by sending an email to and you can ask us to modify or remove your personal details at any time.

All information pertaining to your orders is accessible via your account. A copy can be printed at any time.



All parties will do everything within their means to solve any potential disputes relating to the current conditions of sale amicably. In cases where this is not possible, the transaction, carried out under the conditions of sale cited here above, will be subject to Belgian law. Subject to the terms of article 624 § 1, 2° et 4° of the judicial code, only the tribunals of the judicial district of Charleroi have full jurisdiction.



The names and logos of and all other related names, brand logos and slogans are registered trademarks or service marks and belong to us or to those granting us license use.
