Description

Yoko Tsuno was created in 1969 by the Belgian Roger Leloup who signs the scenarios and designs. The series is known for the thoroughness of its decorations, often based on extensive photographic documentation Yoko Tsuno is one of the first female hero of the comic strip. At the end of the ' 60s, one could have imagined that a woman could become a comic strip heroine. Leloup made a universe where they often exercise the usual roles of man, but with their own strengths and weaknesses. Stories are strongly based on a technology often very sophisticated and futuristic or science fiction, including concepts such as dragons, robots, travel in time or in space and even several extraterrestrial civilizations, including the Vinean and the Titans. Fascinated from childhood by the technology, some of the passions of Leloup, as model, will find an outlet in the Yoko Tsuno stories. Yoko and other characters use of many airplanes or automobiles always described with thoroughness. Thi set, made for the 'Le Soir' journal, includes the following books : 1-Le Trio de l'étrange 2-L'Orgue du diable 3-La Forge de Vulcain 4-Aventures électroniques 5-Message pour l'éternité 6-Les Trois soleils de Vinéa 7-La Frontière de la vie 8-Bonus.
