Welcome to Ya-too.com Our site offers an incredible choice of articles and images related to the world of comics, European comic strip books & illustrators, manga, cartoons & movies.

Unless indicated otherwise, all articles are in mint condition and prices are non-negotiable.

Data relating to your purchases (invoices,...) are accessible via your personal account. We keep a copy of them on our servers to enable you to download on your computer.


You hereby declare that you are legally able to order products from this site and, when applicable, that you have parental consent to buy products from this site.
You declare that you have read and understood these terms and conditions of sale before making your order. Once you have confirmed your order, it is understood that you have accepted these terms and condition of sale.
The terms and conditions of sale may be modified at any time. The applicable terms and conditions of sale are those shown at the time of purchase.


Prices, taxes and custom duties

All prices shown are in euros, BelgianVAT included (6% or 21% depending on the article) and do not include postage and packing.
Every order, regardless of which country it comes from, is to be paid for in euros.
If the order is designated for a country based in the European Community, no supplementary taxes or custom duties are applicable.
If the order is designated for a country based outside the European Community,  supplementary taxes and custom duties may be applicable and asked for upon delivery. These taxes and custom duties are to be paid for by the customer. The customer is responsible for respecting all local laws and regulations concerning importation. We are not responsible for informing you of the supplementary taxes and custom duties that might be applicable and we strongly advise you to apply to the proper authorities in the country to which the article(s) is (are) to be sent.

Postage and packing

We ship worldwide. All parcels are sent by special recorded delivery which includes a tracking sytem and insurance. They are sent from France using the French Postal system COLISSIMO EXPERT or from Belgium using DPD.

Every purchase is subject to different costs depending upon the type of product bought and packaging used. A contribution towards postage and packing is asked for and depends upon the zone to which the article(s) is (are) being sent. The areas are defined as follows :

Area 1 : France

Area 2 : Belgium

Area 3 : Luxemburg / The Netherlands

Area 4 : Germany
Area 5 : all other EU countries, as well as Switzerland, Andorra and Lichtenstein

Area 6 : the rest of the world (non EU countries), and French DOM-TOM

The delivery time given in the e-mail confirming your order is only indicative and does not bind us contractually. No compensation is due if the time delay mentioned is not respected.



You are covered by European legal guarantees against hidden defects.
Manufacturers sometimes extend these guarantees on audio, video and multimedia products, this being written on the product details.
We decline all responsibility if any of our articles are not recognized and approved of by legislation in countries other than Belgium.

If any parcel is undelivered, we firstly undertake all measures to locate it and, if the parcel has been unretrievaly lost, you will then be compensated in full. We file an official complaint with the postal services and if they offically declare the parcel lost (legal time delays can differ from one country to another), you will be reimbursed in full within 7 working days.

In order for this guarantee to apply, you must respect the following :
-you will send us all necessary information so that we can rapidly file a coherent complaint with the appropriate authorities.
- if an article is missing in the parcel delivered and it has been confirmed by us as having been sent, no compensation is due unless you supply concrete proof that the article is missing. If you supply us with this proof, the value of the article will be fully reimboursed.
- only claims received within 30 days of the parcel’s dispatch date will be treated.


The following e-mails will be sent to you.

    Confirmation of your order and payment
    Confirmation that the parcel has been sent.
    Notification if deliveries from the supplier have been delayed  
    Notification if there are any problems relating to an article you have ordered.

Your order is only permanently confirmed and binding for AKILON SA when you receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been validated. We therefore recommend that, once you have placed your order, you consult your mail box regularly.



We offer articles put at our disposal by our suppliers.
These articles are only available in limited quantities.
If any article that you have ordered is no longer available for whatever reason, you will be sent an e-mail as soon as possible informing you of the situation.
You may then :
When possible, wait for the article to become available once more
Or ask to be reimbursed for the article that is no longer available (reimbursement is sent within 30 days of the claim).
If an article remains unavailable more than 60 days after the originally foreseen delivery date, the order will automaticaly be cancelled and reimbursement made.

AKILON SA is not responsible for delays caused by a shortage of stock at the publishers or suppliers. AKILON SA is also not responsible for small differences in the photos, texts and illustrations on the website showing the products and the delivered product itself.

Payments made with credit cards are overseen by Ogone using the security protocol SSL. Every transaction between the customer and the  payment company is encrypted and 100% secure.



We comply with the current legislation for distance selling in the European Union (act of 14th July 1991). You have the right to return any goods without giving a reason and without incurring penalties within 14 working days, starting from the day after you receive your order.

You should return the articles within this time limit by signed, registered mail, and they should be returned undamaged in their original packaging and all accessories, notices for use and a copy of the invoice must also be included. The parcel should be sent to :

Once we receive the parcel and we agree to take back the goods, we commit ourselves to reimbursing you within 30 days (postage costs not included).

Cancellation rights do not extend to audio and video recordings nor to computer software opened by the client. Incomplete, damaged and soiled goods will not be taken back.

Reimbursement will be made either through the means of payment used for your order or by direct transfer to your bank account, for which we will need the following details :
In Belgium : your account number.
For countries within the EU : your IBAN number + BIC code from your RIB (bank account details).
For countries outside the EU : your account number and bank address details.

Data protection

We comply with the Belgian data protection act of 8th December 1992, revised by the act of 11th December 1998 in coherence with the European directives of 24th October 1995.

All of your personal data is treated with the utmost care and complete confidentiality. All of the information you give us is used exclusively to manage your order and to enable us to keep in touch with you. We undertake not to divulge this information or to use it for commercial purposes.
You can have access to your personal details held on the site (your account) at any time and by sending a mail to contact@ya-too.com you can ask us to modify or remove these personal details.

If you wish to unsubscribe from our newsletter, you can do this through your personal account on our site or by sending us an e-mail to contact@ya-too.com.

All of your orders information is accessible via your account. You can print a copy at any time.

Lawsuits / Disputes

All parties will do everything within their means to solve any potential disputes relating to the current conditions of sale amicably. In the case where this is not possible, the sale, carried out under the conditions of sale cited here above, will be subject to Belgian law. Subject to the terms of article 624 § 1, 2° et 4° of the judicial code, only the tribunals of the judicial district of Charleroi have full jurisdiction.
